Petrica Stroi

Petrica Stroi (1967) is the current technical director of the Administration for water basins for the Somes-Tisa region of Romania (Administratia bazinala de apa Somes-Tisa). This is a subdivision of the Romanian Waters National Administration (Apele Romane), a public institution of national interest with legal personality. It is financed from its own revenues, under the coordination of the central public authority in the field of waters, respectively the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests. Mr. Stroi is a hydrotechnical engineer with a specialization on hydrotechnical constructions, and has working experience in quantitative and qualitative water management in different geographic areas of Romania. He has been the co-author of a chapter of the 'Water Management and the Environment: Case Studies' book, published in 2018.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 871295.

The SEACLEAR project spans four years, running from January 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2023.
