Cosmin Delea

Cosmin Delea is the PI for Fraunhofer CML (Fraunhofer). He received his M.Sc. degree in Mechatronics at the Hamburg University of Technology in 2017. He has been involved in development of Unmanned Vehicles also before joining Fraunhofer CML as Research Associate in 2018. His current work focuses on development of control system for waterborne robotics (USVs, ROVs, AUVs) and software systems for supporting their operation. Major areas of interest are control of underactuated robotics and underwater perception.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 871295.

The SEACLEAR project spans four years, running from January 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2023.
